TAG International Referral Opportunity Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the referral opportunity promoted by TAG International (the trading name for Axiom International Ltd and Torchlight Group Ltd).

1.2 By participating, you agree to these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be 18 years old or above to be eligible for participation.

3. Referral Incentive

3.1 The referral incentive is a £750 finder’s fee (“Finder’s Fee”) for every successful referral that results in a deployment.

3.2 The Finder’s Fee is subject to tax and other applicable deductions under UK law.

4. Definition of Successful Referral

4.1 A “Successful Referral” occurs when a referred candidate is selected, successfully passes all necessary background and eligibility checks, and commences the training course within the stated deployment window.

5. Referral Eligibility Criteria

5.1 The referral incentive applies only for introductions made from the announcement date onwards. Referrals made prior to this are ineligible for the Finder’s Fee.

6. How to Refer

6.1 Referrals must be made via the Application Link and the referrer’s name must be mentioned under the referral section in the application.

7. Payment

7.1 The Finder’s Fee will be processed within 30 days after the Successful Referral’s deployment.

7.2 Payment will be made through a method agreed upon between TAG and the referrer.

8. Duplicate or Pre-existing Referrals

8.1 In the event that a candidate is referred by multiple parties, the Finder’s Fee will be awarded to the party whose referral is first received and recorded by TAG International’s recruitment system.

8.2 If a candidate referred under this initiative is already in TAG International’s recruitment database or is currently engaged in a recruitment process with TAG, the referral for said candidate will not be eligible for the Finder’s Fee.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 TAG reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral opportunity at its sole discretion.

9.2 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
